ORDER PROCESS
KAIT MACLEOD ships from Los Angeles, CA. Orders are processed Monday–Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipment. Once dispatched, delivery time will vary based on destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are provided as a general guideline only and may be affected by factors such as payment authorization, stock availability, and customs delays.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for shipment details to update.
PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
For items listed as pre-order or made to order, the estimated delivery window will be stated directly in the product description. These timeframes vary depending on fabric availability and production schedule. Once your item has been completed and is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

IN-STOCK ITEMS & EXPEDITED SHIPPING
For items currently in stock, please allow our standard 2–4 business day processing time before shipment. Expedited overnight shipping is available for domestic orders once an item is ready to ship. Expedited shipments are processed during business hours, Monday–Friday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once your order arrives in the destination country.
P.O. BOXES
Please note that some carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout and our selected carrier cannot deliver to that address, we will contact you via email to request an alternative shipping address.
