Our Story
Kait Macleod is an independent womenswear label founded in Los Angeles, rooted in femininity, individuality, and a sense of play.
Our designs balance romantic details and unexpected silhouettes with timeless tailoring, creating pieces that feel both special and endlessly wearable. Made to be mixed, matched, and treasured, each collection brings a fresh perspective to the everyday wardrobe.
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted in small quantities at our downtown Los Angeles studio, using carefully selected natural, biodegradable, and recycled materials, from silk and wool to cotton and recycled fibers.
Beyond Los Angeles, our Palmer knitwear is handmade by women artisans in Ukraine, supporting skilled craftsmanship and meaningful employment in a region affected by war.
At its heart, Kait Macleod is about making getting dressed a little more fun, without compromising on quality, craftsmanship, or longevity.
