Sustainability factors: Your baby tee was made for you with love (& virtually zero waste), with all excess fabric scraps recycled for companies producing stuffing for upholstery. All water used was also recycled through a filtration system that allows it to be reused. This method uses 7x less water than average clothing manufacturers. Cotton is a natural renewable fiber, and ring-spun cotton is made by twisting and thinning the cotton strands to make them incredibly fine, soft ropes. T-shirts made this way are more durable and last longer than traditionally spun cotton. Recycled polyester's production requires 59% less energy compared to virgin polyester. Being made from past garments or even sometimes recycled plastic bottles, this method repurposes waste rather than contributing to it.
